The Contest
Qualifications to Apply:

Be an unmarried woman, of Irish birth or descent, currently residing in the Pittsburgh area;

Be between the ages of 17 and 22 years;

Exhibit outstanding representation of the Irish Community of Pittsburgh, by demonstrating excellent moral character, ethical ideals, and poise;

The winner will actively promote her pride in her Irish heritage and ancestry, and will show a dedicated involvement to local civic and charitable organizations.

If selected, winner must be prepared to give short interviews to local television, radio, and newspaper outlets upon request, and must be available to participate in various festivities held the week of March 10th through Parade Day, Saturday March 16th.
